Your tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Bengaluru at 8:30 am by our experienced professional driver with well maintained air condition and private vehicle, roughly you can reach there 2 hours from the city centre on low traffic, it might be vary depends upon your hotel location, you will be dropped at the entrance. Visitors timing between 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (holiday on Tuesdays and National Holidays) Pay your Entry fee Rs 30 per person, Kids – Rs 15 and Camera fee: Rs 100, charged only if you wish to take pictures inside the museums (as per their website info) by yourself in your own cost, then start explore Folk World

Janapada Loka has been a platform for rural artisans, musicians and craftspeople to showcase as well as market their works of art. The main attraction of Janapada Loka is the folks arts museum, This museum displays articles of daily use employed by the rural people in their daily life which includes huge storage bins for storing grains, pots and utensils used in cooking, aricles made of wood and iron used in animal husbandry, agricultural implements. In general, the orderly display with proper informative labels give a clear picture of the rural life to the spectators. And other attractions also good to visit: Chitrakuteera - attractive black and white and colour pictures exhibited place, Shilpamala - large collection of stones arranged, Loka Mahal - well collected exhibition of various folk instruments, Aayagararamala - complete scene of a beautiful village house, Open air theatre - comes alive with programmes of folk artforms on every sunday, and more....
